Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Forty-fourth Avenue Southwest, from West Alaska Street to West Dakota Street, and West Oregon Street, from California Avenue to Forty-fifth Avenue Southwest, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4323 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
