Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Forty-second Avenue Northeast (formerly Surber Avenue) from East Forty-fifth Street to Forty-third Avenue Northeast (formerly Laurel Avenue) all in the City of Seattle; by paving the same with suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by constructing concrete or armored concrete curbs where necessary; by the alteration, construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains with such appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper service, drainage water service and fire protection of said district; by the construction, reconstruction or alteration of concrete sidewalks where necessary; by such grading and regrading as may be necessary; all in accordance with Resolution No. 4410 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
