Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the following property: In Commercial Street Steam Motor Addition - Lots 1 to 9 inclusive, Block 38; Lots 19 to 27 inclusive, Block 38; Lots 1 to 9 inclusive, Block 39; Lots 15 to 23 inclusive, Block 39; Lots 1 to 18 inclusive, Block 40; Lots 1 to 16 inclusive, Block 41; Lots 1 to 13 inclusive, Block 42; In McCallister's Addition -- Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7, Block 22, and Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block 23; Portion of Eli B. Mapel's Donation Claim in the northeast 1/4 of Section 19, Township 24 North, Range 4 East, described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said Donation Claim; thence south along the west line thereof to the north margin of Brandon Street as platted in Commercial Street Steam Motor Addition; thence east to the westerly line of McCallister's Addition; thence northwesterly along said westerly line to the north line of said Donation Claim; thence west to beginning; Portion of Government Lot 2, Section 19, Township 24, Range 4 East, lying south of Ladd's Factory Sites and east of a line 800 feet easterly from and parallel to the east line of Duwamish Waterway; That portion of the north 2 acres of Government Lot 3, Section 19, Township 24 North, Range 4 East, lying south of Ladd's Factory Sites and east of a line 800 feet easterly from and parallel to the east line of Duwamish Waterway; That portion of the north 2 acres of Government Lot 3, Section 19, Township 24 North, Range 4 East, lying easterly of a line 800 feet easterly from and parallel to the east line of Duwamish Waterway, by filling the same as a sanitary measure, together with the bulkheading thereof or the filling of the streets abutting on said private property with earth to serve as bulkheading for the fill upon such private property, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4309 and No. 4385 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
