Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Wallingford Avenue, from Ewing Street to North 45th Street; Ewing Street, from Fremont Avenue to Wallingford Avenue; North and East 45th Street, from Wallingford Avenue to 14th Avenue Northeast; all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt or some other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation; together with concrete, brick or granite corners and including as part of said work the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, and watermains, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district; all in accordance with Resolution No. 3939, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
