Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 9th Avenue South, from Charlestown Street to Adams Street; 6th Avenue South, 7th Avenue South, and Maynard venue, each from Dakota Street to Henrietta Street; the alley between 7th Avenue South and 8th Avenue South, from Charlestown Street to Dakota Street; Snoqualmie Street, from Maynard Avenue to 8th Avenue South; and Dakota Street, from 9th Avenue South to Seattle Boulevard, all in the City of Seattle, by the construction of sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4320, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
