Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 35, Capitol Hill Addition, Division No. 5, being the alley between 21st an and 22nd Avenue North, from East Galer Street to East Highland Drive, by paving the same with vitrified brick or asphalt, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 54140, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
