Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Eastlake Avenue, from Almy Street to East Galer Street, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by constructing armored concrete curbs with armored concrete or granite corners; by construction or reconstruction of all sewers and watermains with such appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district; by the construction or reconstruction of existing wood bulkheads where necessary; by such grading and regrading as may be necessary; all in accordance with Resolution No. 4263, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
