Title

An ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of curb grades of 14th Avenue Northwest, from West 49th Street to West 52nd Street; of West 50th Street, from 14th Avenue Northwest to 15th Avenue Northwest; of West 51st Street, from 11th Avenue Northwest to a point 286 feet east of the east margin of 15th Avenue Northwest, all in the City of Seattle, providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of said streets, avenues and approaches thereto, and necessary for the removing of the lateral support of the property abutting upon said streets, avenues and approaches thereto and for the construction of the cuts and fills upon said property; and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
