Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Swift Avenue, from Corson Avenue to three hundred (300) feet southeasterly from the south line of Lucile Street; Corson Avenue, from Swift Avenue to Dawson Street; 11th Avenue South, from Lucile Street to Bennett Street; 12th Avenue South, from five hundred fifty (550) feet south of Lucile Street to Shelton Street; 13th Avenue South, from Mead Street to Dawson Street; Mead Street, from 13th Avenue South on the south to 13th Avenue South on the north; Dawson Street, from Corson Avenue to 12th Avenue South; Lucile Street, from Duwamish Avenue to 11th Avenue South; and from 13th Avenue South to one hundred (100) feet east of 14th Avenue South; all in the City of Seattle, by the construction of sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district; and including as part of sadi improvement the construction of an intercepting sewer from 13th Avenue South and Findlay Street west along an easement through private property to Swift Avenue; all in accordance with Resolution No. 4256, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
