Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Courtland Place, from Dakota Street to Andover Street; 37th Avenue South from Genesee Street to Court Street; 39th Avenue South and 40th Avenue South, each from Dakota Street to Andover Street; 41st Avenue South from Genesee Street to Andover Street; Dakota Street from Rainier Avenue to 43rd Avenue South; and Andover Street, from 36th Avenue South to 42nd Avenue South; all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4267, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
