Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 37th Avenue South in the City of Seattle from Hudson Street to Brandon Street, by grading and curbing the same, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4095, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
