Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 1st Avenue South, from King Street to Atlantic Street, all in the City of Seattle, by construction of concrete walks and adjusting and resetting the existing granite curbs, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4117, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
