Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Dearborn Street, from Hiawatha Place to alley east of 19th Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle, by the construction of sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4236, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
