Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Railroad Avenue, from the southerly line of Pike Street to the northerly line of Bay Street, all in the City of Seattle, by reconstructing al portions of existing trestle where necessary; by planking and replanking the same, and by paving the same with suitable material; all in accordance with Resolution No. 4209, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
