Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Southlake Avenue as laid out and extended by Ordinance No. 20186, from Eastlake Avenue to Boren Avenue North; Galer Street from Eastlake Avenue to Southlake Avenue; Valley Street, from Minor Avenue North to Boren Avenue North; Roy Street, from Minor Avenue North on the south to Fairview Avenue; all in the City of Seattle, by grading and regrading the same, by constructing wooden curbs and gutters and armored concrete curbs where necessary; by constructing bridge roadways where necessary; by piling and planking where necessary; by construction or reconstruction of sewers, side sewers and water mains, with such appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district; by the construction and reconstruction of concrete and wooden sidewalks where necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4303, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
