Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of an alley from point near the intersection of 8th Avenue North and Aloha Street to a point near the intersection of 8th Avenue North and Westlake Avenue North; through blocks 14, 17 and 22, Edens' Addition No. 2; blocks 85, 86, Lake Union Shore Lands; block 4, Adelle's 2nd Addition; block 4, Union Lake Supplemental Addition; and portion of Government lot 1, Section 30, Township 25 North, Range 4 East, W.M.; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
