Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Alki Avenue, from 63rd Avenue Southwest to Canada Drive; from Alki Avenue to 49th Avenue Southwest; 49th Avenue Southwest from Canada Drive to West Findlay Street, and 63rd Avenue Southwest, from a point about 818 feet north of West Hanford Street to a point about 1220 feet south of West Hanford Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing watermains therein of proper dimensions and materials with all gates, tees, crosses fire hydrants, and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 52435, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
