Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Norman Street, from 20th Avenue South to Davis Place; Davis Place, from Norman Street to Charles Street; Charles Street, from Davis Place to Hiawatha Place, all in the City of Seattle, by grading the same, by constructing wooden curbs and gutters and temporary wood walks, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4171, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
