Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 2nd Avenue and 2nd Avenue South, from Pike Street to King Street, all in the City of Seattle, by repaving the same with suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, by providing the proper sewerage and water service, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3787, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
