Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Lewis Street from Yesler Avenue to north line of Walla Walla Addition, by grading the same and by constructing concrete sidewalks on both sides thereof, with parking strips between sidewalks and roadway, and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," and establishing a fund for such payment of an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, and the city charter now in force, and repealing Ordinance No. 2856 passed for the same object.
