Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 5th Avenue, from Virginia Street to Denny Way; Lenora Street, Blanchard Street, Bell Street, Battery Street, Vine Street, and Cedar Street, each from 4th Avenue to 5th Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by the installation of a system of cluster lights along the curb line of each side of said streets and avenues, together with installation of such poles, conduits, wires and other appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper installation and equipment of said system, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3941, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
