Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Surber Avenue and Surber Place, from the south margin of East 45th Street to the intersection of Surber Place with Laurel Avenue, by paving the same with Dolarway pavement with a five inch concrete base, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 52148, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
