Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the east one half of 32nd Avenue Northwest form West 75th Street to West 80th Street, in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing and constructing concrete sidewalks, together with all necessary cross walks, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4091, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
