Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 39th Avenue Southwest, 40th Avenue Southwest, 41st Avenue Southwest and 42nd Avenue Southwest, each from West Alaska Street to West Charlestown Street; West Bradford Street, from 39th Avenue Southwest to California Avenue; Traddles Place, from 38th Avenue Southwest to 39th Avenue Southwest; West Andover Street and West Oregon Street, each from 38th Avenue Southwest to California Avenue; West Dakota Street, from 37th Avenue Southwest to California Avenue; and West Genesee Street, from 36th Avenue Southwest to California Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4107, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
