Title

An ordinance providing for new assessment upon lots, blocks and parcels of land which have benefited by improvement of Division Street from Madison Street to Clarence Street, to extent of their proportionate part of the expense and value thereof of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington, entitled "An act relating to and authorizing the collection of assessments for local improvements by a new assessment or re-assessment of the cost and expense of making same in cities and towns, and declaring an emergency" approved March 9, 1893.
