Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Forty-fifth Avenue South, from the south side of Ferdinand Street to a point about three hundred feet south of Hudson Street; Forty-fourth Avenue South, from the south side of Ferdinand Street to the north side of Hudson Street; Bowen Place from the south side of Hudson Street to a point about three hundred feet south of Hudson Street, by grading and curbing, all in accordance with Majority Petition, File No. 51607, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
