Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Manning Street, from Forty-first Avenue Southwest to Walnut Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, constructing concrete sidewalks, together with all necessary cross-walks, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4060 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
