Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Ellis Avenue, from Myrtle Street to Bailey Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading the same and constructing the necessary curbs and gutters, together with such sewers and watermains with their appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, and including such planking as may be necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4173 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
