Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Eighth Avenue South, from Charlestown Street to the railroad crossing four hundred (400) feet north of north line of Maple's Addition, which line was the former boundary between Seattle and Georgetown, all in the City of Seattle, by grading, constructing concrete walks, and by paving the same with brick or other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, by constructing concrete or armored concrete curbs, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4181 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
