Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of West Sixty-fifth Street, from Fifteenth Avenue Northwest to Twenty-eighth Avenue Northwest; Sixteenth Avenue Northwest and Seventeenth Avenue Northwest, each from West Sixty-fifth Street to West Sixty-seventh Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and resurfacing, constructing wooden curbs and gutters, concrete sidewalks thereon and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4116 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
