Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending and establishing of West Fifty-ninth Street, from First Avenue Northwest to Third Avenue Northwest; of Second Avenue Northwest, from West Fifty-ninth Street as extended herein to the south line of Tract Thirty-two (32), Ballard Acre Tracts, all in the City of Seattle; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
