Title

An Ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of Sixty Avenue and Sixth Avenue North, from Virginia Street to Harrison Street; Seventh Avenue and Seventh Avenue North, from Westlake Avenue to Thomas Street; Eighth Avenue, from Westlake Avenue to Denny Way; Eighth Avenue North from John Street to Harrison Street; Dexter Avenue, from Denny Way to Harrison Street; Taylor Avenue from Denny Way to Broad Street; Lenora Street and Blanchard Street, both from Fifth Avenue to Westlake Avenue; Bell Street, Battery Street, Wall Street and Vine Street, each from Fifth Avenue to Denny Way; Denny Way, John Street and Thomas Street, each from Fifth Avenue North to Ninth Avenue North; and of the alleys between the blocks bounded by said streets and avenues; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of streets and avenues in conformity with such established grades, and for the cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon the said streets and avenues; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessments upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
