Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Queen Anne Boulevard as established by Ordinance No. 16790, from Galer Street to a connection with the existing sewer in Fourth Avenue North between Wheeler Street and Smith Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, by constructing side sewers; all in accordance with Resolution No. 4130 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
