Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Duwamish Avenue, from Juneau Street to the South City Limits, being the east and west center line of Section Twenty-eight Township Twenty-four (24) North, Range Four (4) East, W. M., and Juneau Street from Thirteenth Avenue South to Duwamish Avenue on the south, all in the City of Seattle, by grading the same, constructing walks, paving with asphalt or other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, together with the necessary headers and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4102 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
