Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Whitman Avenue, from Kilbourne Street to North Forty-fifth Street; Aurora Avenue, from Kilbourne Street to Motor Place, Linden Avenue, from Kilbourne Street to North Forty-second Street; North Thirty-ninth Street, from Fremont Avenue to Woodland Park Avenue; North Fortieth Street, from Linden Avenue to Woodland Park Avenue, North Forty-second Street, from Fremont Avenue to Woodland Park Avenue; North Forty-third Street, from Phinney Avenue to Woodland Park Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by resurfacing, curbs and gutters, concrete sidewalks, wooden crosswalks and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3997 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
