Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Fifth Avenue, from Pine Street to Pike Street, in the City of Seattle, by constructing therein a sewer of proper dimensions, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, catch basins, side sewers and all appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4049 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
