Title
	An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-ninth Avenue North from East John Street to East Madison Street; Dewey Place from East Thomas Street to East Mercer Street; Thirtieth Avenue North from East Thomas Street to East Mercer Street; Thirty-first Avenue North from East Thomas Street to East Mercer Street; Thirty-second Avenue North from the south line of Coulter's Addition to East Thomas Street; West side of Thirty-second Avenue North from East Thomas Street to Washington Boulevard; North side of East Thomas Street from Twenty-eighth Avenue North to Thirty-second Avenue North; East Harrison Street from Arthur Place to Thirty-second Avenue North; East Republican Street from Twenty-ninth Avenue North to Thirty-second Avenue North; East Mercer Street from East Madison Street to Washington Boulevard; Arthur Place from Twenty-seventh Avenue North on the North to Twenty-ninth Avenue North, by the construction of concrete walks and stairways, the reconstruction of existing wooden curbs and gutters where necessary, the construction of crosswalks and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4014 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
