Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 28th Avenue and 29th Avenue, each from East Cherry Street to East Union Street; 30th Avenue, from East Spring Street to East Union Street; East Columbia Street, East Marion Street, and East Spring Street, each from 27th Avenue to 31st Avenue, all in the City of Seattle by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, together with brick gutters, concrete and armored concrete curbs, and the construction or reconstruction of all necessary sewers, side sewers and water mains together with all other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3984 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
