Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of West Dawson Street from California Avenue to 47th Avenue Southwest; West Brandon Street, West Findlay Street and West Juneau Street, each from California Avenue to 46th Avenue Southwest; 44th Avenue Southwest, 45th Avenue Southwest, and 46th Avenue Southwest, each from West Dawson Street to West Juneau Street, all in the City of Seattle by grading and curbing the same, providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3933 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
