Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 42nd Avenue South from Ferdinand Street on the west, et al, by constructing concrete walks thereon and by planking and resurfacing the same, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3706 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
