Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 4th Avenue North from Boston Street to the north margin of Smith Street; Nob Hill Avenue from Boston Street to Queen Anne Boulevard; Lynn Street from Queen Anne Boulevard to the intersection of Nob Hill Avenue and Queen Anne Boulevard to the intersection of Nob Hill Avenue and Queen Anne Boulevard; and Smith Street, form 4th Avenue North to Tract No. 1, Hunter's Lake Union Addition, all in the City of Seattle with the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains, with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3985 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
