Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of certain lots in Gilman Park Addition, Denny's Addition to Ballard and Seattle, Ross Home Addition, and Ballard Tide Lands, by establishing new grades and providing for the filling thereof so as to bring the surface of said property to a height of 12 feet above city datum, as a sanitary measure, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4101 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
