Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 81, Terry's 2nd Addition to the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 51365 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
