Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 37th Avenue and 37th Avenue as established by Ordinance No. 27682, from East Marion Street to a point about 96 feet north of East Spring Street and East Spring Street, from the alley between 35th Avenue and 35th Avenue to 37th Avenue, as established by Ordinance No. 27682, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, constructing wooden curbs and gutters, concrete walks and stairways and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4023, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
