Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Southlake Avenue, as laid out and extended by Ordinance No. 20186, from Eastlake Avenue to Boren Avenue; Galer Street from Eastlake Avenue to Southlake Avenue; Valley Street, from Fairview Avenue to Westlake Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading the same, by constructing bridge roadways where necessary; providing for the necessary surface drainage; by piling and planking the same where necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3815, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
