Title

An ordinance granting permission to the Market Investment Company, and others, to improve the alley in block G, A. A. Denny's Addition, between Pine Street and Pike Street, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation at their own cost and expense in accordance with plans to be prepared by the City Engineer.
