Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Juneau Street, Mead Street, Orcas Street, Findlay Street, Lucile Street and Brandon Street, each from Renton Avenue to 42nd Avenue South; 39th Avenue South from Rainier Avenue to Juneau Street, and Rainier Avenue form Hudson Street to 42nd Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, and providing for the necessary surface drainage,, and including as part of said improvement the construction of wood walks and planking on Rainier Avenue from Hudson Street to 42nd Avenue South; all in accordance with Resolution No. 3851, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
