Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Plum Street, from 31st Avenue South to 34th Avenue South, Dose Terrace, from 33rd Avenue South to 34th Avenue South; College Street, from 31st Avenue South to 34th Avenue South; 32nd Avenue South, 33rd Avenue South, and 34th Avenue South, each from Plum Street to College Street, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt or some other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with brick gutters, concrete or armored concrete curbs, concrete walks, and the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers together with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 388, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
