Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of McClintock Avenue, from Mount Baker Circle to Walden Street; and Byron Street, from McClintock Avenue to 33rd Avenue South; all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3947, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
