Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Alki Avenue, from Mexico Street to the end of existing trestle about 550 feet southwesterly of Illinois Street, all in the City of Seattle, by construction of a wood walk on the existing trestle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3920, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
